What is Buy a Bale?
In June 2013 after reading about the plight of Australian and predominantly Queensland farmers being forced off their land and having to destroy their cattle, the team at The Give Back Campaign decided to do something about it. After some brainstorming, it was decided the best thing to do was to ask Australians to buy a bale of hay and the feed would be delivered where it was most needed.
In addition, diesel is a must out in the bush as are groceries, and corporate donations can make a significant difference and so we’ve asked and been grateful recipients of all.
After just 6 months the campaign has galvanised thousands of Australian’s to donate and climb aboard our quest to Buy a Bale.
About The Give Back Campaign
The Give Back Campaign was created to harness the spending power of consumers to benefit Charities and Not–for–Profit organisations. We understand the value of community and the power of business to make a difference.
Now through The Give Back Campaign, supporters can purchase from companies of like minds who have agreed to share a percentage of their sales with the cause of the supporters’ choice. The Give Back Campaign works across countries and multiple currencies.
Through the growing number of businesses supporting our campaign worldwide to build better communities, it is hoped the Campaign will empower supporters to think more of valued causes, increase the amount of financial support for these causes, and raise the standard of care and success in these campaigns.
