Luxury Residence, Mt Martha

This Amazing Luxury Residence was completed in 2013, with a construction period of just 10 months. Designed by Rachoff Vella Architects and built by Marradon Constructions this property stands tall on the top of the hill, looking over the crystal blue waters of Mt Martha, Victoria.

The external of the building consisted of; 2 pack steelwork, painted eaves, doors, garage door and stunning spotted gum shiplap cladding, fencing & screening finished in Cutek CD50 Ebony, with amazing results! The interior surfaces were completed in top of the range low VOC (volatile organic gasses) Haymes Paints. All the woodwork was “spray” finished – leaving no brush marks whatsoever. Internal steel work to the staircase was finished in hard wearing 2 pack products and the staircase stained and clear coated.
