Painted inside and out by Johnson Painting Group, this new double storey 2 bedroom dwelling at the rear of an existing dwelling.
The design of the new dwelling was sympathetic to the traditional style pitched roof brick dwellings in the area with a few contemporary elements to set it apart from the cookie cutter style developments currently being overdone in the Banyule area. Feature cypress window surrounds were introduced as a contemporary unique element that compliments and balances the cypress entry post and timber decking. The cypress and timber pop against the dark neutral tones of the brickwork, render and charcoal cement sheet cladding.
