2 Townhouses – Eltham
Painted inside and out by Johnson Painting Group, these 2 side by side Architecturally designed double storey homes in the leafy suburb of Eltham. Non reflective charcoal Duragrid expressed panel cladding paired with silvertop ash timber cladding creates a striking contrast and blends in with the surrounding bush environment. Interesting angles and cantilevers on all 4 sides of each dwelling add some depth to the form of the homes. The natural, soft and neutral colour palette is carried through to the interior with oak engineered floorboards against stark white walls and ceilings. Some warmth was also added to the cabinetry with the introduction of timber accents.
