53 Apartments – Mentone
Completed in January 2015 is yet another successfully completed apartment project. This 53 apartment project in Mentone, was painted internally and externally by our commercial team and led by Site Foreman Aldin Dzevlan. Going to any length to get the job done, working out of a man box via crane at times.
Architecturally, Lumiere boasts a facade of striking angles and bold contrast, drawing tonal inspiration from the earthy colour palette of the beach. Lumiere offers an idyllic beach lifestyle, where a relaxed village culture meets a mixture of classic and contemporary elements, reflecting the personality of Mentone. Each of the beautifully crafted apartments at Lumiere feature stunning contemporary interiors by Mim Design, and are available in two distinct colour schemes; the rich, deep tones of Dusk or the vivid hues of Haze.
