Braybrook Mews 61 Apartments

With the high level of quality and displaying Johnson Painting Group’s capacity, this new 4 level 61 Apartment project set on Ballarat road in Braybrook Victoria, has now been completed and handed over to all happy clients. This project was Developed by Stralliance and Constructed by Watersun Constructions.

Johnson Painting Group was engaged by Watersun Constructions to Paint the full interior of the apartments and common areas, 2 pack epoxy floors and staircase, industrial 2 pack finish to steel work and gates, external roll on texture , coatings to full exterior of the building and the line Marking of 70 car park bays including directional signage and pedestrian walkways.

The key challenges with this project was Mother Nature and working at heights on such a busy road, our team of professional’s lead by site foreman Troy Dromi completed every facet of their job with precision. With the use of Haymes Paints the level of finish is second to none; this has led into a long term relationship between Watersun Constructions and Johnson Painting Group completing many projects together.
