This Tired Warehouse complex was given a new lease on life in January of 2014.
Johnson Painting Group washed the entire building using detergent and a pressure washer. We then re-painted all the concrete tilt panels and blade columns. We also removed and treated the rust to the steel canopies and re-painted in an extremely hardwearing 2 pack epoxy Jotun product. Safety bollards we re-coated in a hard wearing “safety yellow” colour. Access to the high areas was achieved using a scissor lift and knuckle boom.
