Williamstown – 3 Townhouses
This Luxury 3 Townhouse development situated on the Esplanade in Williamstown was completed in January 2013.
Johnson Painting Group was engaged in the External Painting of all rendered surfaces, weatherboards, soffits and doors. The panoramic views of the bay are captured via extensive glass around the buildings. All internal Ceilings, walls and Trim were coated in Haymes ultra premium products. The doors were taken offsite to Johnson Painting Group’s factory in Braeside and finished in a 2 pack product. This buildings design is filled with natural sunlight and given that extra wow factor delivered through vaulted ceilings. This project was delivered on time and constructed by Watersun Constructions.
